Employment Opportunities
Peaceful Pathways Montessori is a private Christian Montessori program that is always looking for exceptional and dynamic people to join our staff. We know that it takes a great staff to make a great school. We take applications/resumes year round to keep on file should an opening become available.
Our head teachers must be Montessori certified by A.M.S., A.M.I. or another MACTE approved Montessori Education program . Our classroom assistants should have some experience working with children and a sincere desire to learn more about the Montessori method of education. Training will be provided and required for classroom assistants.
All of our staff members must have a love of God, Jesus, and of nature. Our campus is rich with experiences for our students both indoors and outdoors.
Salaries are based on experience and education. Benefits include well equipped classrooms, Competitive Salary, Christmas, Easter, and Summer Vacations. Summer Camp pay is based on student interest and hours.
